This house was perfect for our group of ten with ensuite bedrooms for all and large seating areas inside and out. It is located on a quiet street and has plenty of parking with a large circular driveway and carport for two cars. The owner/manager is very responsive and the checkin and checkout process was a breeze. The lake is beautiful and there's a marina just around the corner. We look forward to returning to this wonderful house.

We loved the house. It had everything we needed for a long weekend for a a group of fiends to get together. The location was perfect and convenient for those flying into atlanta and those from atlanta alike. We will definitely be back!

This beautiful home was perfect for our family reunion that was held at the University Yacht Club. Plenty of room, nicely decorated and all of us had a great time. The owner/ property manager was very quick to respond to my questions.

Ladies Retreat

We had a group of 14 moms get away for a weekend. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed from an equipped kitchen to ample seating and parking. The scenery is beautiful and we would stay here again! We enjoyed an outing to nearby downtown Gainesville to walk the greenway and shop and dine.

The Perfect Reunion House

This was the perfect hosting location for the annual reunion of our friends and their ever-expanding family units. With all families having their own bedroom and bathroom, and the close proximity to Atlanta's airport, this was an ideal location. Plus, you can't beat the lakefront location. If you're looking for a place where you can enjoy your time on-site, this is it!

Perfect for our family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely vacation home with our adult children and grandchildren. The layout suited us perfectly, the amenities were awesome and J and the property manager were very nice and quick to respond. We rented a boat from a nearby rental company for the whole time we were there, but honestly, we could have just rented it for half the time as the kids and adults had so much fun just enjoying the property!

Beautiful Lake Front Home

Beautiful home on Lake Lanier. Our middle son was married near by in Buford, so we rented several houses for family and friends for the weekend. We had an amazing weekend and would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

Wonderful Christmas gathering place

The views of the lake were as advertised. We had 13 people in our group. There were bedrooms for everyone and plenty of bathrooms available. The lower level was a great recreational level. The main level of the home was a fantastic gathering place for meals or games. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Our group of 14 unrelated women appreciated the balance between plenty of personal space and common areas where we could gather comfortably. The view of the lake was stunning! This house was spectacular. So much space and room for family and friends to be together but also get personal space. The dock was relaxing as well as some of the best views of Lake Lanier. Perfect for our family gathering

The lake house served as a base of operations for celebrating my mothers 82nd birthday. She enjoyed watching the water activities from the first floor rear patio. Ample beds, baths, and amenities. Wonderful views of the lake, especially at sunrise. Owner was very responsive to all inquiries and maintenance requests. Great time had by all.

Family reunion

This house was AMAZING! It is better in real life than the pictures actually depict. The host are were available throughout for questions. We had 6 families staying here, and everyone slept comfortably. They had toys and board games for kids of all ages. The sunrise and sunset views were amazing. Fraternity reunion weekend

The house was perfect for what we needed: space for 14 college fraternities buddies to relax and spend quality time with each other. Perfect group lakehouse

This was our 5th annual cousin's weekend and our favorite ever because of this amazing house. The view is spectacular. The house has everything you could want. We were worried about not having a pool, but the kids had a blast jumping off the dock and swimming around. We also rented boats for the weekend to explore the lake. It was perfect. J. Smith is the host and he was super responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this property!
