"My room was very clean and had newly carpeted floors.
The bathroom faucets were hooked up incorrectly and need to be reconnected properly.
Very nice staff and my room on the second floor.
The a/c was very noisy and I couldn’t sleep with it on."
"We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay at Country Inn & Suites in Albertville. The property was exceptionally well maintained, and the customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out.
The hotel is conveniently located with easy access from the highway, yet it offers a quiet, comfortable, and spacious atmosphere. There was ample parking, and all the amenities were clean and well cared for.
Breakfast was fresh and offered a great variety of delicious options to suit different...
"Everyone at this hotel was amazing! Shout out to Shelia and the entire staff! They were incredibly helpful, super kind and went above and beyond during our stay. The hotel is immaculate from the lobby to the rooms. The breakfast was great every day also. I highly recommend this property."
"The staff were friendly and kind. However, the beds were not comfortable to sleep on. One bed frame was completely broken, and sticking out further then the bed. Staff simply put a blanket over it to cover the fact that it was sticking out, I ran my shin into the bed frame. Ouch! My friend also had to sleep on top of the pillows provided to get comfortable. The room could have been cleaner, along with the bathroom. Breakfast, included coffee, yogurt, soft frozen waffles, prepackaged boiled eggs...
"We were there for a family reunion and had 7 rooms booked. The owners were amazing at planning our rooms close together! They were so easy to talk to and quick to help with anything we needed. They are friendly, polite and in general, amazing!
The building was very clean!
Breakfast was a "grab and go" setting but we didnt go hungry, good breakfast options, fruits, cereal, toast, breakfast sandwiches, yogurts, cheese strings and fresh donuts!
I would recommend everyone come stay here when in...
"Front desk clerk wasn't around - had to stand around over 15 minutes to wait for her to come back to check in and later waited to buy a soda. Hot tub was cold - front desk staff said it was from jets running all day??? Never experienced cold hot tub from it runnings before. Was bummed bc the photos showed volleyball net in the pool but there was no net available. Hotel itself is like any older Holiday Inn - nothing special but nothing terrible."
