We rented two rooms for over a week and left early because we no longer felt welcome. The hotel refused to refund our final night. Our biggest issue was the lack of communication. Nowhere on the website, booking emails, or at check-in was there any policy stating visitors were not allowed or had to sign in before 10 p.m. The next morning I was given two different explanations by management. Had the policy been communicated, we would have gladly followed it. One of the same friends had visited our room the night before with no issue, making the enforcement seem inconsistent. Another major problem was that there were no English-speaking staff available in the evenings, which clearly contributed to the confusion. Security also followed my teenage son, who was simply carrying a pizza box, because they assumed he wasn't a registered guest. We were stopped and questioned multiple times before being allowed into the rooms we had paid for. My 18-year-old daughter also accidentally bumped an employee's already damaged vehicle.see photo. We immediately accepted responsibility and agreed to pay, yet the police were repeatedly mentioned despite our full cooperation. Poor communication, inconsistent policies, and the way our family was treated ruined our stay. We expected much better.

The breakfast is so good, take advantage of it. Bottle Water is expensive all over the area so I understand not getting constant free water. Take the water pitcher from your room down to the restaurant or bar and they will fill it for you with filtered water.

The owners were nice and helpful with recommending what beaches to swim at and where to eat in town. Would have loved tocstay longer. Authentic and relaxing vibe.
