The apartment was reasonably well appointed and comfortable enough for our stay, it is ample in size and space. There was mould in the bathroom which could be removed easily enough. The reception and concierge support was great. And without hassle. The location is good for access to banks, cafes and supermarkets and is central for most activities in Buenos Aires. There are a number of homeless people living adjacent to the apartment building near the large bins, but they did not make problems to the guests.

Overall had a really good stay here with my wife. The unit was fairly big, the bedroom was a decent size as well. The living room was unusable as their was no AC and the few days we stayed were quite hot. The only AC unit was the one in the bedroom, which was fine at night, but once the sun came out and the day got hotter it just couldn't keep up anymore.

Charged incorrectly
My only complain is regarding the charge from Hotel.com (not sure if the hotel has something to do with this). Through time, I collected several free nights and I wanted to redeem one of them, but I was charged anyway.

I was eaten alive by bedbugs, horribly managed once I informed the staff. Also, many apartments are rentals, hence, when you have an extended stay, there's no privacy, no discretion; people getting into each other's business. Some of the local men made very inappropriate comments to me. I would not recommend for single women

Brief stay before airport. Was able to accommodate me with an early check-in, which was really nice since I was leaving 5:30 pm that same day. Room was huge and really nice, with fully-stocked kitchenette, very clean, pool was smallish but quite enjoyable. Good wifi. Good location. Arranged car to the airport.

overall great - patient, friendly
You have as accessible, but our accessible it is different then South America. The bathroom had only one bar and I could not get my walker through the door of the walking closet to get to the bathroom (the door was small too)

This place has very poor guest service. The room was very basic and that is OK but there were multiple issues including not hotwater, Wi'Fi was not working and when I requested help from front desk they were very rude and not willing to help or even understand the issue. The beds were extremely small and the facilities are super old and not well maintained. I would not come back here for sure.

It’s very well located , close to lots of interest landmarks of Buenos Aires . There are lots of shops around the corner . The hotel is safe, rooms are spacious , clean and very quiet .

Wifi spotty especially in the rooms, they need to upgrade their towel service to provide better new and quality towels. Pool hours are limited compared to other hotels in the area. Rather noisy from the street beow. Desk staff a are friendly and helpful.

Clean, newly renovated and functional. I ended up extending my stay, it was a super cozy place to explore Buenos Aires! Note that the elevators tend to break down (like in many places in Argentina...). If you're not a big fan of stairs, ask for a room at a lower level.

I liked that it was a suite and there was plenty of room for me and my wife. Receptionist where great and very profesional and helpful. Place is outdated and needs repairs but tv works great and housekeeping was also great. We didn’t have a phone in the room witch was really stressing trying to find a phone around was a couple blocks and we had to pay each time. It got pricey.

Good location
The apartment was very spacious, in fact, beyond what was required! Decent swimming pool. I would certainly recommend this property. The location is convenient for being fairly close to the ferry port and the shuttle bus for the main airport. It is also amongst the bar and restaurant scene.

The lobby looks impressive and the breakfast is OK. The room, however, was very poor. It seemed to have been finished with little budget. The beds were very poor, the pillows were overused and lumpy, the walls were naked, there was no closet, and there was little furniture other than the two single beds. The bathroom was similarly under-equipped: bare walls, the bidet was loose and leaking, the shower head was also loose. Finally, the floors had not been swept for a while. if you walked bare-footed your feet got dirty with dust and it felt sandy-grainy with accumulated dirt.

Staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is in the process of being renovated, this is much needed. Breakfast was amazing, room was very big.

No wifi in the room. My room was on the 3rd floor. Wifi at the lobby is strong but there is not good lounge table set to sit down and use a laptop comouter. There were too many stains on the old carpet and so many stains on the blanket. Thr room got the 60’s retro design, but not updated. Wall paper, tub, curtains and carpets are old and rusty. There is a living room with kitchen, microwave, dining table, chairs and sofa. They all are either broken or not working. Breakfast was nice.

Great location, close to train and subway stations, lots of stores nearby. Building needs urgent renovation though and there was no WIFI in the room. The sketchy internet was only available in the lobby. No gym or pool available.
