We loved the location, close to restaurants, shopping and nightlife but on a quite street so we were never bothered by noise. There was a beautiful swimming pool and small restaurant with in the gated complex. The apartment itself was well appointed and perfect for two people. Communication with Fernando was great. Fernando was great. Rental price was fair. My only criticism is that in the "small print" on the listing is a 60 cash cleaning fee payable locally. It is there among the other property rules (no parties, etc.) and I missed it when I booked (my fault) but "add-on" fees like that annoy me a bit.
