The building has good amenities and private security. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Neighbours can be a bit unruly, especially in terms of noise and constantly venturing out in the hallways to switch apartments. We had a bad experience on the second floor with some temporary residents. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and we appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine and box of chocolates. The exercise room has a good quality of equipment.
