We were only there overnight between flights, but the hotel was quite nice in what seemed an interesting neighbourhood. Sad that we weren't able to stay longer.

Minha reserva não foi confirmada apesar do email informando que tudo estava OK. Outra coisa lamentável é a foto que aparece na reserva: com certeza a foto não é do Hotel Maitre. Chegamos em Buenos Aires as 23:00 horas e após pagarmos o Taxi até o local constatamos que não tinhamos reserva. Após 2 horas tentando outro local conseguimos ficar no Dazzller. Esse sim um Hotel de verdade. Mais caro, porém vale o que pesa. O atendente do hotel Maitre era muito ruim para informações. Penamos para conseguir outro taxi para sair em busca de outro local. O horário também não ajudava. Lamento essa experiencia tão ruim com o Expedia. Como são muitas as outras opções informo que vou evitar usar o site de voces. Pela minha experiencia voces não estão conferindo os locais ofertados. Dêem uma checada neste local com as informações apresentadas. Para finalizar consegui chegar no outro hotel as 2:00 Am

Nice and quiet

The hotel also has a cafe, which is very nice. The reception is tiny and a little bit hidden, so you can't see it at first sight. The room is big and has a huge bed, which was extremely soft. The bathroom is also big and nice. My shower didn't seem to have much water pressure.

Ok if you are looking for a bed and hot shower!

The elevator didn’t work 2 of the three days we were there. Wall paper was peeling from the walls. No iron and very few amenities such as coffee in the room. Great location for our event but would not stay there again.

Lo hubiera recomendado por precio:calidad sumado a la ubicación. Lamentablemente llegue 5 am de un casamiento y no había personal para abrir la puerta de entrada Llamamos al timbre de entrada, al teléfono, golpeamos la puerta y nunca se aproximo nadie. En ningún lado nos propusieron llevar llave de entrada porque no había personal disponible a esa hora.

Tremendo fiasco...

El hotel parece por fuera muy bonito y moderno, en pleno Palermo lleno de lugares alrededor para comer o disfrutar. La recepción muy bien, la atención al llegar muy bien. Pero entrar a la habitación fue un cambio radical. Pareciera que todo está sobre puesto. Como si fuera una construcción viejísima que le sobre pudieron puertas, canceles o muebles pero sin empotrarlos bien. Abres la puerta y casi se te cae encima, la cama igual, una escalerita de madera para pasar de la puerta del cuarto a la cama, el baño abajo. En la regadera no cabíamos, sin exagerar mide como 55 o 60cms por lado, totalmente insuficiente. Estuvo tétrico pasar la noche ahí.

Hotel bien ubicado en barrio elegante

La habitación carece de teléfono intercomunicador con la recepción, lo que imposibilita comunicaciones. La arquitectura del edificio de tres plantas y los ambientes son acogedores. El acceso desde Aeroparque Ciudad de Bs.As. es cercano pero dificultoso y muy complicado en horas pico.

me cambiaron de habitacion 2 veces, malos colcho l

cofre de seguridad, no andaba, por falta de baterias , en 6 dias no le compraron baterias, ventabas oxidadas que no cerraban bien, puerta a balcon (1 piso) sin cerradura, cualquiera podria enrar a mi room, ; cada vez quw voy esta mas deteriorado.y no lo arreglan, lo cambian de habitacion y todo queda igual, la nueva habitacion colchones, sabanas y toahllas, viajas y sucias

Viaje por trabajo y me alojé dos noches en el hotel que había abonado con anticipación por expedía. La habitación no tenía calefacción ni una percha donde colgar una camisa. La ducha y pileta se inundaban. No había una frazada extra y El personal de recepción no estaba capacitado para resolver los inconvenientes. Me cambiaron la segunda noche pero el colchón era viejísimo. La peor estadía que he tenido en Bs as

Lo único bueno la ubicación.

Hotel decepcionante, habitaciones pequeñas, sin placard, cortinas y alfombra deterioradas y sucias, toallas rotas y percudidas, se caía la heladerita. El baño sin bidet, con la bacha con sarro, toallas rotas y mal lavadas. Picaporte de la puerta del baño roto, entre otros. El personal con buena voluntad, pero no podían solucionar nada. Nos quedamos por que habíamos pagado por anticipado y eran pocos días, de lo contrario nos hubiéramos retirados el primer día.
