This is an excellent, top category apartment. It is located in Palermo district. The area offers pubs, coffee-shops and ethnic restaurants. The apartment has a living-dining room with a sofa and a 40" inch LED SMART tv, one bedroom with a brand new queen size bed and, a second bedroom with twin beds (convertibles in a queen size bed upon request), an equipped kitchen with breakfast area, two full bathrooms and a balcony facing the street. The apartment is on the 15th floor, in a modern ad brand-new building tower. The building offers several amenities: large swimming pool (available in summer season), gym, sauna, laundry, BBQ (a small extra cleaning fee), and 24 hours doorman & security.
