Hotel in zentraler Lage, jedoch mit Mängeln

Pros: Am Dach ist ein ruhigerer, kleiner Dachgarten mit Büschen und Sesseln.
Cons: Die Zimmer mit Fenster zum Nachbarzimmer sollen nicht angeboten werden!
Location: Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe der U-Bahn Station "Congresso". Es gibt viele kleine Restaurants und Geschäfte.
Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, lassen sich doch von hier aus einige Attraktionen sogar zu Fuß rreichen. Des Hotel ist im Inneren in einen älteren und einen neueren Bereich geteilt. Wenn man nun ein Zimmer im älteren Bereich zugeteilt bekommt, dann kann es leicht sein, dass das einzige Fenster des Raumes direkt zum Fenster des gegenüber liegenden Hotelzimmers aufgeht, das keine 2 Meter entfernt ist. So ist es notwendig, die blickdichte Rolljalousie immer herunten zu lassen und das Zimmer immer künstlich zu beleuchten. Auch scheint das Internet in diesem Bereich dauerhaft nicht zu funktionieren, da auf Nachfrage hin dies mit einer Bemerkung bestätigt wurde, dass das ja bekannt ist, aber eine Reparatur nicht so bald möglich sein wird...

Great place to stay in Buenos Aires

Pros: Clean rooms and friendly staff
Very clean hotel with exceptional staff who are super friendly. Made us feel very welcome during our stay. I originally only booked four nights but extended my stay for another two. We found the location great which made it easy for us to walk around the city. Special mention to our breakfast lady, incredibly hard working, friendly and always made me extra coffee everyday :) Thank you for a lovely stay at your hotel, I would recommend to fellow travellers and would stay there again if I came back to Buenos Aires. :)

Charming tidy hotel with olds standards

The hotel is nice and tidy but the standards are old fashioned. It might be charming for some people but for myself it looked outdated and in need of refurbishment. The room's key was big and heavy and is meant to be left at the reception when you leave the hotel. That means you have to ask for the key when you return back. In addition the reception is very close to the entrance and to the elevator. There wasn't any "don't disturb" signal available in the room to inform the cleaning staff that I was sleeping and I did not want to be disturb. Anyway, my impression as a whole was positive.

Mala experiencia

mal, no esta acorde a la tarifa, mucho olor en la habitacion, muy mala la atencion, desinteres en que este alojado, creo que tienen otras prioridades de atencion, que no son las hoteleras. Fue ua mala experiencia, fui y pague por dos dias y me fui en el primero, solo estuve una noche, pague los dos dias por una cuadruple y estube en una triple, un dia.

FUJAM DESSE HOTEL !!

Cons: Tudo !
Location: Local meio sinistro, bem no centro da cidade. Evite sair à noite à pé !
Não sei onde os viajantes conseguiram esses bons comentários pois reservei um quarto com cama de casal mas me colocaram num quarto com duas camas de solteiro, juntaram e pronto ! O frigobar fazia um barulho que parecia uma máquina de moer cana ! E não tinha sequer uma garrafa de água ! Papel higiênico, tínhamos que ficar pedindo sempre que acabava, nunca colocavam dois rolos ! A janela do banheiro não tinha cortina, ou seja, precisava colocar um saco plástico pois na frente havia um prédio residencial. Shampoo e condicionador eram tipo saches de maionese, imaginem com as mão molhadas, não consegui abrir nenhum !! Pura inutilidade ! Se precisar de internet, FUJAM, pois não funciona, sempre fica caindo.
