It was very centrally located ...lots of nice restaurants around within walking distance . Very friendly and helpful staff. . Ive already recommended this place to friends visiting BA later next month. 6 STARS !

The apartment was great for our family. It was very clean, quiet, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were modern. Our family enjoyed the game room although it could use some attention. Breakfast was adequate but could offer more options (meats other than ham, more pastries, jams). The staff was very accommodating and nice. The hotel could benefit by having a list of places to eat and to visit.

I was sent a message stating I have to pay the city tax in B's A's upon arrival. I responded if there is charge pending, it should be addressed to Expedia first. And if there is a descrepancy, Expedia would let me know it seems whoever is behind this message did not allow me to connect to the wifi hotel. Moreover, when I given the room key, it opened the door but did not work on the light I had to go down and request assistance. Yes, it seemed there was a little mischief with the room lights.

El personal del hotel (sobre todo Milagros) y la limpieza impecables. Pueden mejorar las opciones de desayuno ya que el buffet es muy básico. El internet no funciona, de todos los días que estuvimos nunca pudimos tener una conexión estable. Si ocupa internet debe ir a otro hotel

Atendimento ímpar, poucas coisas a melhorar

Hotel localizado em região central, não fica em região turística mas tem acesso fácil a quase todas. Café da manhã bem fraco (para os padrões brasileiros). Wifi nos quartos é péssimo, já que o repetidor fica no começo do corredor. Até o primeiro quarto do corredor tem sinal péssimo, só pega de forma adequada dentro do banheiro. Já o staff tem um atendimento ímpar, tentando nos atender da melhor forma e, inclusive, nos trocaram de quarto para melhorar o wifi, mas que não resolveu o problema. Quartos excelentes, algumas tomadas adaptadas para uso de aparelhos com tomada de padrão brasileiro e europeu. Banheira em todos os quartos

Viajei com o meu marido para comemorar nosso primeiro ano de casamento. O hotel está passando por algumas reformas, o que achei bem legal. O quarto apesar de não ser grande, tem cama e travesseiros extremamente confortáveis.. a limpeza sempre impecável. O café da manhã não tem muitas variedades, mas tem o essencial (o leite quente com achocolatado é uma delícia!!!!!!). Os atendentes foram todos simpáticos e solícitos.. o bairro é bem seguro. Gostamos do hotel e numa próxima com certeza voltaríamos. Um abraço especial para o atendente Marcélio que fica das 18h ás 6:00h.. super prestativo e atencioso!!
