This apartment has been completely renovated to new, which means that everything is in perfect condition so that you can enjoy your stay to the fullest. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with individual beds that can be converted to a double, which means that we can easily accommodate a friends . In addition, there are 1.5 full bathrooms for added convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need to cook delicious meals at home. It is ideal for groups of young people who are looking for a place to enjoy the nightlife in Palermo. There is air conditioning in all rooms, which means that you will be able to keep the apartment cool on the hottest days of summer. There are also two sofa beds for two additional guests if required. But best of all is the large balcony full of sunlight relax. There is also a built-in laundry room so you can wash your clothes comfortably in the apartment. Access to the apartment is by stairs and there are security cameras at the entrance for greater peace of mind. The apartment is located just 200 meters from the famous Plaza Serrano (Cortazar), the best place to enjoy the diverse gastronomy and nightlife of Buenos Aires.
