I had book an executive room (and paid extra $ for it) and room was not available so stayed in a different room. Checked-in at 3pm, they were still cleaning and had to wait. All the time I had to ask , at the reception , to open my room on the 7 th floor. The elevator repeated times didn't work. The same for the wifi. There was no chair in my room . The sheets were to small for the mattress. Many times I woke up lying directly on the mattress , which is hygienically not...
