Great location, and responsive owner and staff. However, both building and apartment were quite old and tired. Laundry room not easily accessible, only two washing machines, one of which was out of order!Pool and pool deck were sad.

#### Really Nice but not great

On the plus side, very helpful owner. Great location. Bedroom, living and dining room, very comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen, cramped spaces. Especially the kitchen, so tight doesn’t make you want to cook. Security staff at entrance only speak spanish.
