The apartments are very clean, comfortable. The building is well located with good transportation, shopping and restaurants in an upscale neighborhood.
The price is reasonable and the staff are very nice. Breakfast is good quality. Some may like more variety but I thought it was just fine.
I will stay there again.

A las 7:30am de la mañana ya se escucha los ruidos de la obra de al lado. El desayuno es muy simple. Perdi un perfume dentro del cuarto, no era de mucho valor pero molesta y uno se siente muy inseguro dentro del hotel.

Good quiet alternative to Palermo
Great up-coming area with a couple of good craft beer places. Near to the subte so getting around Buenos Aires is very easy. Quiet too in contrast to Palermo where we stayed last time we visited. Reception staff great; breakfast good. Room was spacious with mini kitchen. We will stay here again

Okay place.
Not a bad place to stay. I have stayed in other places around this area and this one was a bit down for me compared to others. I expected a bit more based on the price. Surprisingly they didn't have an iron. Being on a business trip, I wanted to touch up my shirt and when I requested an iron they told me that they don't have irons. In the bathroom, on my first day, there was hair left in the tub and floor. Wasn't cleaned very well. Breakfast is minimal. Lot's of bread!
This being said, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Although I did make the complaints above, I wouldn't mind staying here again. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is fully furnished. Including pots to cook.

Buen lugar como base para un paseo por Bs As
Muy buen hotel, buen servicio, buena ubicación, en un entorno agradable. La habitación cómoda y amplia salvo el baño un poco estrecho. El desayuno más que razonable. Bien conectado, cerca del subte, con una oferta interesante de restaurantes. Buen punto para el turismo. .

Buena opcion para la zona
Excelente opcion para la zona. Cuenta con los servicios necesarios, podrian mejor algunas cuestiones. Como figura que cuenta con estacionamiento con pago adicional pero no hay estacionamiento. Existen eatacionamientos cercanos fuera del establecimiento.
