Departamento de categoria premium, ubicado en barrio San Telmo, sobre Avenida Garay, a pocas cuadras de la plaza Dorrego donde funciona la famosa Feria de Antigüedades, en uno de los barrios mas lindos de la ciudad; una zona rodeada de museos, restaurantes y cervecerías y muy próximo a los barrios de La Boca y Puerto Madero.  
  
San Telmo es uno de los barrios más interesantes y vibrantes de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires; y la zona de la plaza Dorrego, sobre la calle Defensa, es uno de los lugares mas visitados por los viajeros que visitan nuestra ciudad, por su Feria de Antiguedades, que es uno de los centros de anticuarios más prestigiosos de América. Alli se agrupan numerosos puestos de venta de antigüedades que le dan un aire de mercado de pulgas sofisticado.  
  
Es una zona de casas del siglo XIX, donde muchos de esos caserones fueron reciclados y transformados en cafés, negocios de antigüedades (especialmente en la calle Defensa) o restaurantes de categoría. Los bares de la zona ponen mesas en la plaza y es uno de los lugares con más artistas callejeros de la ciudad.  
  
A pocas cuadras se encuentra la estacion San Juan de la linea C de subterraneos, y también la estacion de trenes de Constitucion.  
  
Posee rapido acceso a la autopista que conecta con el aeropuerto internacional de Ezeiza, y tambien esta a pocos minutos del aeroparque Jorge Newbery  
  
Cuenta con acceso a una gran pileta descubierta, gimnasio, spa, pileta climatizada con hidromasaje, autoservicio de lavado ropa (pago), y cochera privada con valet parking y seguridad las 24 horas.

Está amoblado con mobiliario premium, en un estilo moderno, y muy confortable, y esta preparado para alojar 2/4 personas. Incluye entre sus servicios: Wi-Fi libre acceso (100 MG) en todos los ambientes.  
  
Posee un living completo con todas las comodidades, mesa y sillas Michel Thonet, sofa-cama c/carro, dos TV: una de 50¨ SMART FULL HD, y otra similar en el dormitorio, de 40¨, ambas con Netflix, Prime, Flow, etc., equipos de aire acondicionado (AACC 3000 fg) frio-calor en todos los ambientes, cocina completa con vajilla para 4 (cuatro) pax, y todos los electrodomésticos necesarios para una comoda estadia.  
  
El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama matrimonial King (200\*190 cm.) con colchón alto y sommier; y en el living, hay un sofa-cama con carro debajo, de tres cuerpos (200\*100 cm.), donde pueden dormir 2 personas más.  
  
Los pasajeros pueden utilizar la pileta, el gimnasio, el garage para un vehiculo, la parrilla y el salon de usos multiples. Consultar antes condiciones y reglamento de uso de cada uno de los servicios.  
  
Previo al ingreso, solicitamos un depósito de garantía de U$S 100.-, que será abonado en fecha y forma a convenir, como seguro por incumplimiento de las normas del edificio, o por roturas y/o arreglos que haya que realizar en el departamento al finalizar el alquiler, por negligencia o descuido de los locatarios.
