100 meters from the Colón Theatre and Avenida Corrientes (theaters) and 200 meters from the Obelisk.  
  
A few steps from Subte D (Courthouse Station).  
Two comfortable rooms. Full kitchen. Spacious bathroom.  
Practical living room dining room with double futon and beautiful vitreaux. Equipped to new.  
Air-conditioned (cold-heat) in all rooms. Wi-Fi connection.

#### Very comfortable - perfect location! 

The apartment is not only very comfortable but in a perfect location. Close to many restaurants and landmarks. Most are easily walkable. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood l! Our hosts communicated frequently prior to arrival to meet us with the keys!
