The rooms were large and the air conditioning worked well. The rooms facing the street were noisy until late at night, as there was a constant flow of city buses that rumbled the building. The rooms in the back were quiet, though we might have been lucky that there were no neighbors in the large courtyard of other buildings having a party because it wasn't the weekend. The subway station is about 10 minutes away and there is a grocery store nearby but make sure to bring your passport.
