This 45 m² apartment features a large bedroom, spacious living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, large windows, ventilation, and plenty of natural light. Recently renovated and equipped, ensuring comfort during your stay.  
  
It is ideal for spending a few days in one of the most central and lively neighborhoods in Buenos Aires. Our location is strategic!
