Enjoy the Welcome2BA experience in this comfortable, bright high-floor apartment with open views. It offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a stylishly furnished living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 24/7 security in one of the best areas of Buenos Aires. Important notice: there is construction work on upper floors, so some noise may occur from 8 AM to 12PM and from 2.30PM to 6PM (no work on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays).

For security purposes, our Guest Service team will be asking you to complete personal information for all guests (full name and ID number) after your booking is confirmed. This info will be checked upon check-in.

Located in Palermo, just three blocks from Alto Palermo mall and Av. Santa Fe, with easy access to subway line D and several bus lines. Within walking distance of the Botanical Garden, Cerviño Boulevard, parks, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Safe, convenient area to explore Palermo, Recoleta and downtown.

Your keys will be handed to you in person by our Guest Service or Housekeeping staff, depending on your time of arrival. It is very important that you tell us about your means and time of arrival to the city!
