WhatsAppだけが連絡手段って
この施設はゲストからの連絡手段を、WhatsAppに限定していた。 チェックイン前に、WhatsAppの番号に連絡するようにゲストに強制し、Hotelscomのチャットによるメッセージをすべて無視した。 私の携帯電話にはWhatsAppをインストールできないのにもかかわらず（中国と米国の政治状況のために一部の中国製携帯電話にはWhatsAppがインストール不能）。 さらに、チェックイン後の連絡しようにも、WhatsAppがないので、EメールとHotelscomのチャットも使用したが相変わらず、すべて無視され、なんの応答もなかった。 最後に、チェックアウトのためににタクシーを頼もうとしても、WhatsAppからの連絡ではないからだろう、完全に無視されてしまった。 誠に融通の効かない身勝手な振る舞いである。 そして、この施設のチェックアウト後の清掃の不徹底を露呈した。というのも、私がチェックイン後すぐに電子レンジを利用しようと電子レンジの扉を開けると、中からおびただしい数のショウジョウバエが飛び出してきた。 電子レンジの内部の壁全体に、無数の産み付けられたショウジョウバエの卵があり、そこにスープ皿が残されていた。スープ皿全体にも無数の卵が産み付けられていた。 スープ皿を取り出すと、オートミールのおかゆらしきものが入っていて、そこにも大量のショウジョウバエの卵が産み付けられていた。 このおびただしい数の卵からして、おかゆが電子レンジの中に、放置されていた期間は１週間以上なのではないかと想像される。 そのことで施設に苦情を言うと、謝罪することもなく、そんなことはあるはずがないと、現況の写真を撮って送れと言う、もうすでに大方、私が電子レンジを清掃した後にだ。 私が、あたかも虚偽の事件をでっち上げ難癖をつけているかのように非難し、一切の謝罪さえなかった。 最初から最後まで、全く信じられない不愉快な体験に終始した。
