It was overall great. But the WIFI connection was slow. Very kind people. Especially Fabiola.

The staff, Cindy and Hector, were excellent. The Villa on the Papapagay Resort was excelllent! I am not an AC person, so for us to have control of our own AC in our own 2 bedrooms was just wonderful. We had our own bathrooms too. The 80 degree weather with the continuous breeze from the huge wrap around porch (with the native birds visiting us) into the livingroom/kitchen added to our wonderful experience! There were only a few photos when I booked it, so I was pleasantly surprised. The 3-10 minute walk to the pool, beach and supermarket was perfect! The entertainment (DJs and band) and boutiques on the busy beach were great too! I am still talking about it to my friends and would joyfully stay there again! Cabs are expensive, so it is better to rent a car but Cindy Hector and another guy at the front desk that I cannot recall helped us with that. Peace Maria

I would have preferred the property description and pictures be indicative of the unit we stayed in. The host communication could definitely have been better. Only major issue was with electricity. We came home to a dark villa after learning the power kicked if the washer and dryer were running at the same time. Overall a nice play to stay though.

Tldr; great stay The resort staff were really helpful and got us checked in quickly. There were more than enough spots to park your car if you're renting. Nice and clean room equipped with a small fridge, microwave oven, and enough kitchen utensils to prepare quick meals. Even though it was super warm outside, the constant sea breeze made it feel very comfortable. The AC was powerful enough to make sleep delightful. The convenience store in the front offers a good variety of breakfast and other bites. The breakfast tuna melt was my favorite. I barely used the pool, only for the last night stay, but the amenities look A-class. For divers, the dive shop is conveniently located inside the resort. Lastly, the access to the beach makes it easy for early morning or late night dip.
