On a hillside overlooking the sea, it is far enough from the hustle and bustle of Budva to rest peacefully, and close enough to enjoy all the town can offer. The space The flat is light and pleasant, with two-sided orientation to south and east, panoramic vistas, and a very large south/sea facing terrace, perfect for outdoor meals, sunbathing and rest. Both the spacious living room (where one person can comfortably sleep) with dining area and kitchen, and the double bedroom open up to the terrace and the view. The flat also has a hall and a bathroom with shower, and has just been partially renovated and redecorated. We are still adding and changing some details to make it your perfect vacation home. Guest access The guests have access to their apartment and terrace, the parking for guests and the upper garden. This part of Budva is on a hill, so it has great vistas and a special microclimate with pleasant breeze. The encounter of the sea and mountain air currents gives it the qualities of a health resort. This also means that moving on foot will be easy towards the sea and the Old Town, but the return demands a bit more effort (my little niece has been regularly walking back and forth to the beach since she was 3 yr old, together with her mother pushing a stroller with the other baby). Luckily, there are (at least) three ways to reach the house, so you can choose the inclination, or opt for the car or taxi if you are too tired or it's too hot. Remember that Budva is still a really small city, almost completely within the circle with a diameter of 2 km. Keep in mind also that the rapid urbanization of Budva has not been followed by an appropriate infrastructure and public space development, so the main access to the house is not asphalted yet, and the walks are not as scenic as they once were. Interaction with guests Someone of the family will be on the premises during your stay. We stay on the lower ground floor, with private entrance and garden. This will give you privacy, and at the same time the welcoming, advice and company if you wish them, and help if you need anything. Needless to say, we are always available through the AirBNB system, by email or phone. Other things to note The flat is on the first floor and there are two flights of comfortable stairs (one exterior, visible on the photos, and one interior) to the door. The fence bars on the house are horizontal, which makes them unsafe for small children. If you are more than three people, feel free to ask or check my listings - there might be another apartment available in the same house.
