Rooms were clean and secure. I will improve the lightning because was not too clear on times when you would like to read. The staff was very polite and helpful, especially Manuel and Francisco. The continental breakfast was good. The air conditioning was perfect.

Staying at Tempo in the heart of Times Square was an unforgettable experience. It’s busy, of course, but everything is so well organised that we never felt overwhelming. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking - the kind of view you could wake up to every day and never get tired of. At night, the lights were magical, and seeing people from all around the world gathered in one place made the whole atmosphere feel electric. The location is incredibly convenient, with everything just steps away, so exploring didn’t require long walks at all. The bar was also fantastic, and the free drink vouchers were a great bonus that made the experience even better. A stay here feels like being in the center of the world.

I’ve travelled to NYC well over dozen times and this was by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Will definitely be back!
