"Very disappointed with this hotel stay. For $325 per night the room was extremely dirty — there were stains on surfaces, dust everywhere, and even a dirty rag left by the door when we arrived. The TV also wasn’t working. I called the front desk and was told someone would come fix it, but no one ever showed up. Overall, the cleanliness and customer service were unacceptable. I would not stay here again."

The bed was very comfortable. The hot water in the shower was touchy. It was very noisy. You could hear every time a door in the hall opened and closed."
