"We just stayed at this house for the fifth consecutive year. We enjoy the space and comfort of this home. It's a base for our annual guys fishing trip to Lake Anna. The house is fully furnished for all of our needs. Being lakefront, we put our boats in the water and we are ready to go fishing. The dock has ladders that allow for easy access to our boats even when the lake was low as it was this year. We are already talking about coming back next year."

"We stayed for two nights and honestly wished we could have stayed much longer! The house was spacious, spotless, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable, with five bedrooms and plenty of room for everyone. It truly felt like a home away from home.The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed. Not a single thing was missing, which really showed how thoughtful the host was in preparing the property for guests. The private beach was wonderful, and the beautiful lake view from the living room made the experience even more special.We mostly grilled during our stay, and having the gas provided was a great convenience. The hot tub worked perfectly and was a fantastic way to relax. The furniture was comfortable, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable as well.We genuinely fell in love with this place and actually started wishing we could move here permanently! Our two-night trip went by far too quickly. We will definitely be booking a much longer stay next summer, and possibly even this winter if it is available.The host was outstanding — incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating. He responded to our questions within minutes and was kind enough to allow us an early check-in and late check-out, which made our trip even more enjoyable and stress-free.Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this property and cannot wait to come back! Five stars without hesitation!"

"We had a great stay, the home had everything needed with a bonus use of kayaks! The view was wonderful, day and night with the outdoor string lights. Brent was very helpful before arrival and during our stay. I definitely recommend this home and hope to return before long!"

"We had a wonderful four-night stay! The house was incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. Being right on the canal was perfect for fishing—we caught four fish in just an hour! The dock slip across the road was also very convenient, although it is a little tight and since it’s near the canal, the boats passing through can cause lots of bumps at the boat slip, so definitely have plenty of bumpers out.Overall, we had an excellent stay and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend!"
