"A cute and cozy place…perfect for a young family or any age couple . Great porch to play games, eat meals or enjoy morning coffee on the swing bench. In a woodsy setting yet only a short walk from the beach! We really enjoyed our time there."

"The property was clean and roomy. The hot tub was wonderful, and the beach was easy access. We didn’t see the wild ponies around the property was a little disappointing. We didn’t see them on the drive in."

"The whole family (my wife, two grown daughters, husbands and two granddaughters) went down to Nomad dunes for the second year in a row. The house has plenty of room for everyone to have space when wanted even though we were all together most of the time either at the beach, pool or family room. Everyone did not want to leave when the week was up and that says it all. The host is great answering any questions in a timely manner. In summation the house is very large, clean and well stocked. 2 years in a row and no interest in trying any other location. Thank you Mike and Chelsea for creating a location that creates great memories. See you next year."

The location was beautiful and gave us the perfect setting to make some really relaxed special family memories. The perfect Beach house !!The host was absolutely amazing and incredibly kind and accommodating she goes above and beyond to make sure you are informed for 4x4.We made memories here that we’ll never forget !Everything about our stay was 10/10, from the property to the hospitality. "House and location were better than I had imagined!! Fully stocked kitchen. Helpful email prior to arriving with tips on staying at the 4x4 location. Super detailed and very helpful since we had not stayed in the 4x4 location before. Quiet, private and peaceful location. Stunning ocean views. Sunrise and sunset views!! Pool is perfect. Multiple decks and ample outdoor furniture to enjoy the views. Horses!! Would definitely book this house again!!! Worth every minute of the 10 1/2 hours to get there. Did not want to leave!!"
