  • This spacious private home includes 5 bedrooms (2 king beds, 2 full beds, and 2 twin beds) The home is located on the water and accessible to the commercial area of Lake Oconee via boat or car. The commercial area is only 20 minutes by car, and includes access to grocery stores, workout facilities, a public golf course, and many local restaurants. Guests may rent boats and keep at the home overnight. Great area for swimming and fishing!

My husband and I stayed with friends and family for a weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary. We had couples and singles. No children. The house is exactly as described and looks better than the photos! The house is maintained well inside. Outside, the back patio area did have a few cobwebs that we knocked down, but there are a lot of woods so the spiders may be more active than in a less wooded area. It gives seclusion, without being isolated. We saw a few people on the lake with their kayaks. We fished from the dock. It was very relaxing. The were no TVs in the rooms.

This home was BETTER than expected!! And very good value, it is quite large with many gathering and private spaces. We rented two for our sons wedding and if I come back I would choose this one again!
