We reserved a room for 3 people. However, we only got two people toiletries such as towels. We requested for the first day, but it happened again after the housekeeping. This was not the first time. It happened last time too.

The hotel seemed like it needs a refresh. Stained carpet in the rooms, peeling wallpaper, etc. The staff were excellent but there was never enough servers or bartenders so they were overloaded and the food, while very good, took a very long time to come out.
