We arrived with a lot of luggage after many weeks of traveling. The reception was short staffed with only one person (Fami) who called Maria the housekeeper to assist us to bring the luggage up to the 5th floor. We enjoyed a quiet and spacious apartment and good buffet breakfasts. Central location and kind staff. Highly recommend it.

BEWARE: The room for 4 people is described by Expedia as a double bed and a sofa bed. When we arrived it was actually 2 single beds and a set of bunk beds. The top bunk had no safety rail and my children are unable to sleep in bunks. The check in receptionist was lovely and tried to help in every way but sadly the management refused a refund to allow is to seek alternative accomodation and Expedia unable to resolve. There was meant to be a restaurant that served until 8pm but there was not. The games room facility wasn't fully operational. Breakfast was ok and again service was good here. Parking was limited.
