The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facilities, pavilion, garden furniture, and campfire site. **Your holiday apartment** **Your holiday apartment** offers 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 70 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. On colder days your holiday apartment can be heated with central heating (gas). Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance is im Erdgeschoss and leads directly in the porch. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed, tiled stove, lounge and TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed. Bedroom with 3 single beds and 1 additional bed at bunk bed (upstairs). Kitchen as intersecting room and with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler.
