"We were a family of seven, 6 adults, one infant and we very much enjoyed our stay! Home is very clean, beautifully decorated, and has everything you could possibly need. Showers were wonderful as was the hot tub. Trevor is a great communicator and got back to us immediately if we messaged him. Great location! Minutes to the mountain and restaurants.We highly recommend and would definitely consider staying here again!!"

"Our family had an amazing few days at this beautiful home. The house is adorable and has a beautiful view of the lake. The rear windows really take advantage of the view and made the whole vibe very relaxing. The house was stocked with everything we could need and more. "I have stayed at 100’s of hotels and never written a review. This was the worst day I’ve ever had any hotel. We had a wedding in the area and got back at midnight. Starting at 5 AM the amount of noise, banging, clashing, and dragging on the floor above us was incredible. I called the front desk at 5:15 AM to find out what was going on and they told me that my room was underneath the kitchen and eating area. I was in room 112. The noise continued until almost 11 AM checkout. Could barely sleep at all. When checking out I went to the front desk and the manager said that my room was under the lobby and it shouldn’t have been loud but they don’t rent rooms typically in that area and there was nothing he could do because I paid for the room through Expedia. And on top of it all the room cost for $400 for the night. Terrible!"

"It was an amazing place. The pictures don’t do it justice. We rented it for a celebration of life and there was plenty of room. The doors to the decks are very hard to lock. The dishwasher is very old and missing a lot of pieces. And there is only air conditioning only on the main floor. These things would not stop me from staying here again."

"My spouse and senior pup stayed for three nights and got to experience both heavy rains and bright, sunny weather at the yurt! The rain was so soothing and the day spent on the deck in the sunshine was perfect. The hot tub is so nice to sit in under the stars! We really appreciated the attention to quality of items/furniture/fixtures at the yurt. Kitchen had everything we needed and we did a decent amount of cooking there! I would absolutely recommend staying here, it's just as pictured and described, and Shari was super quick to respond. Can't wait to come back!"

"I had a very disappointing experience with this stay. The house looked superficially clean, but many of the furniture pieces were covered in dust, which made it feel poorly maintained. During the first night, the outside temperature dropped to 29°F. The heat inside the house was locked at 65°F, and despite explaining that I was traveling with my 5-month-old baby, the host refused to provide the heating access code. She claimed she increased it to 68°F, but shortly after it went back to 65°F. The house was uncomfortably cold, and my baby could not sleep properly because of it. the response was unbelievably rude and unprofessional: “Either stay there cold or pack your things and leave.” On top of that, the listing advertises a “game room,” but the game table was broken and completely unusable. The jacuzzi was also extremely dirty, with no sign of proper maintenance, cleaning, or water replacement, making it impossible to use safely. To make matters worse, after checkout the owner unfairly kept most of our deposit, falsely claiming that our dog had caused damage inside the house — which is simply not true. We are very respectful guests and always take good care of the places where we stay. Overall, this was a stressful, uncomfortable, and frustrating experience from beginning to end. I would not recommend this property to anyone, especially families or people traveling with pets (service dogs as mine). The lack of professionalism, honesty, and basic respect from the host "
