The staff was really friendly, the hotel was clean, but the water during my shower was only warm. The sink and shower didn't drain well, so that needs fixing. I would rate them an 8 out of 10.

Hotel Indigo Cleveland Downtown by IHG
We absolutely loved our stay. We attended the Cavs game and it was literally a walk across the street. Valet parking was a plus. We did visit the restaurant/bar and the food was great. All staff members were very pleasant. We will definitely be planning another trip soon.
