"Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Das WLAN ist auch perfekt. Ich schätze mindestens DSL 50 steckt dahinter. Das Bild zeigt den Blick nach hinten und entspricht nicht der Ferienwohnung. Der Ausblick von der FeWo ist nach Vorne auf die Straße gerichtet. Das macht aber nix, da es eher eine sehr ruhige Gegend ist. Leider ist die Parkplatzsituation ein bisschen blöd. Man muss auf der Straße parken und sich da den Platz mit anderen teilen bzw. hoffen, seinen Platz zu bekommen....

"Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Wohnung lag etwas außerhalb von Ruhpolding mit tollem Ausblick auf die Berge und Wiesen, Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderungen, Ausflüge, Besichtigungen im Chiemgau bis ins nahe gelegene Österreich. Nette Gastgeber, eigener Swimmingpool im Garten, alles gepflegt und sauber. Es gibt viele Lokale und Almen mit gutem Essen, nicht überteuert, allerdings muß man überall vorher Plätze reservieren."

"Ich habe 7 Nächte in der kleinen, extrem gemütlichen behaglichen Wohnung verbracht. Der Schlaf war sehr erholsam. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Wanderwege gibt es praktisch vom Haus weg. Sogar Seen sind per Fuß leicht zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin schmückte die Wohnung mit frischen Blumen und ein leckeres Geschenk stand auf dem Tisch. Ich habe vor, wieder zu kommen. Danke für diese erholsame Aus-Zeit!"

"Die Wohnung war, wie beschrieben sehr einfach aber sauber. Leider gab es noch nicht mal Toilettenpapier! Die Wege zur Rezeption, Tennisplätze, Grillplatz sind zu Fuß kaum zu schaffen. Es war sehr ruhig. Obwohl die Anlage sehr groß ist, fühlt man sich wie in einem verlassenen Ort. Die Abwicklung hat gut funktioniert. Man ist von dort sehr schnell auf der Autobahn und in Salzburg, Berchtesgaden, Ruhpolding, Chiemsee, Königssee usw. Auch die Besichtigung des Adelholzener Werks kann ich nur...

My room was let down by noise - could hear everything from hallway and birds/church bells outside. Parking is good. Ask hotel for parking instructions before you arrive - it will streamline the process. Room was clean enough and bathroom good but dated. Overall a good choice for a limited stay. "
