Gemütliches Hotel im Zentrum

Posted 15-Jan-2017

Beautiful, large clean room

Location: great spot right in central location
Lovely room, great facilities - loved the coffee maker (although had to go downstairs for some milk as none was left in the room).

Nice hotel.

Good proximity to parking and city centre. Comfortable rooms, great bed. Only criticism is some parts of hotel a little run down and the pillows were a bit fluffy. Good experience at a great price.

Two night stay in Brugge

Posted 14-Dec-2016
Pros: Location, cleanliness, price, staff and a warm welcome
Cons: Personally I enjoyed the whole of my stay and felt nothing to improve
Location: Right on the doorstep of the bus station, 10 minute walk to train station and a two minute walk to the main shopping areas, bars and restaurants
Just returned after staying for two nights at the NH Hotel Brugge, where a warm welcome awaited us, the staff were very friendly and informative, check in was quick and simple, with great explanation of the hotel and services available. The layout of the hotel is really nice and inviting, with plenty of places within the reception area to sit, take a drink and relax. The bar area and restaurant were a welcome place also, good food at breakfast and a great selection on offer at reasonable prices. We needed advice on the local area, where to locate the Christmas markets etc....all of which was explained perfectly, with maps provided etc, by the receptionist on duty. We stayed on the 4th floor, and found the room to be extremely spacious and comfortable, with an excellent level of cleanliness, with peace and quiet thrown in for good measure. All in all, a really enjoyable stay, will definitely return and recommend, Brugge is simply a stunning place to visit, architecture, food, beers and that amazing chocolate.

Well situated hotel with character.

Posted 07-Dec-2016
Pros: The character of the hotel is in-keeping with Bruges in general. Polite, English-speaking staff. Nice hotel bar.
Cons: The price of breakfast at around 20 Euros pp is over the top and offered on arrival. There are far better value options out there.
Location: Very central and only a couple of minutes walk to the main streets of Bruges. Visit the Belfry, take a boat ride and sample the local beer.
This hotel is right on T'Zand, which is Bruges centre's southernmost square. A quick walk from all the attractions and other amenities, such as an ATM an convenience store.
