Appartment was clean, management were fantastic allowing early access to drop bags and made the whole thing easy and stress free.
Venue is fantastic, as described. Clean, good space, comfy beds and brilliant shower
Central location has pro and cons.. because it’s central the noise can be loud but earplugs fixed that problem.
We were over for the football and will definitely stay again.

The communication on checking in was an absolute nightmare.
It took us over 2 hrs to eventually speak to someone after calling, emailing and txting the no. Provided.
Having my 2 small children with me and finally getting into our room at 10.30pm was very stressful.

Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine.
Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault.
Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.

Bag drop and check-in were very slow. On both occasions, it was 10 mins from when we first started speaking. Both times the person dealing with me left and started dealing with somebody else.
Room was clean and had a view out over the Mersey. Restaurant and bar staff were excellent. Both helpful in catering for my allergies. Location is close to the main attractions.
