Above Gries 4 km from the centre of Bruck an der Glocknerstrasse, 15 km from the centre of Zell am See, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, 10 km from the lake, 8 km from the skiing area. For shared use: natural state property. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (extra), ski boot dryer. 1.2 km long motor access (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 4 km, bar 4 km. Cycle lane 500 m, skisport facilities 8 km, cross country ski track 4 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Schmittenhöhe 8 km, Maiskogel - Kitzsteinhorn 11 km, Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn 27 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Zeller See 10 km.
