The sheets were soft, futon couches comfy, a full-size frig, shower pressure good. There was not a coffee maker and not much in the way of dishes but I think its newly listed so the owners may still be adding stuff to the basic setup. We had everything we needed due to being equipped to camp in the wilder places we had been. We based from here to visit far and wide across the UP, at the tail-end of a 3-week research trip that took us through Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, up through Wisconsin and then to Michigan's upper peninsula, visiting ancient sites like mounds, effigies, and places where pyramids once stood. Copper mining that goes back 10,000 years is what drew us up north. We met the girls staying on the other side of the sled shop (also a vacation rental) and either side would be awesome for a hunting base or ATV weekend. This place is definitely set up to cater to guys, with neon bar signs decor and a little pizza oven. Also, it is next door to a Bar/Bowling Alley. We very much enjoyed our stay. ##### Spiral Path T.
