Best vacation ever

We loved every minute of our vacation. Wonderful house and pool, private and quiet location, while being close to get to the highway, beaches and supermarket. The owner is super friendly and helpful! We will definitely go back there.

Vacation in Buje

The house was really clean and spacious, the owner was extremely attentive and friendly. We brought our dog, it was Perfect with the fenced in yard. We would recommend this property at anytime.

Top Haus für 2 Familien

Beide Familien mit zwei Kindern haben jeweils eine Etage (jeweils 2 Schlafzimmer und ein eigenes Badezimmer) bezogen. Das Haus war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Einzig Besteck und Teller waren in der Anzahl zu genau bemessen (8 von jedem). Hier wäre ein wenig mehr praktisch gewesen. Der Außenbereich lädt zum dableiben ein. Der Pool ist Klasse und chlorfrei, da er mit Salz betrieben wird. Auch d ihre kleine Outdoorküche haben wir mehrfach genutzt

Tolles Modernes Ferienhaus

Wir waren mit 6 Personen in dem wunderschönen und sehr sauberen, modernen Ferienhaus. Es verfügte über alles was man brauchte und hatte eine super schöne Einrichtung. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Besonders toll, waren die Bäder auf jeder Etage und der schöne große Pool. Die Gegend war sehr ruhig, trotz das in der Nachbarschaft Häuser gebaut wurden. Das Grundstück war für sich alleine und so konnte man gut bis spät in die Nacht draußen sitzen. Tolles Ferienhaus!

Traumhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in der Villa Julia gehabt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht und hebt sich wirklich mit vielen tollen Extras wie einem Wein-Kühlschrank, einer Outdoorküche, dem tollen Pool oder der wunderschönen Lese-Ecke ab. Das Dörfchen ist sehr ruhig und etwas abseits von Umag gelegen. Zum Einkaufen muss man ca 15 min fahren. Der Vermieter ist super nett und absolut hilfsbereit in allen Dingen. Wir würden Villa Julia erneut buchen
