  • Modern, beautiful single-family house "Ofelia", built in 2018. In the hamlet Buroli 5 km from the centre of Buje, 10 km from the centre of Umag, in a quiet, sunny position, 5 km from the sea. Private: property 900 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool round (6 m diameter, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 25.Oct.). Outdoor shower, barbecue. Wir waren im Juni in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Man hat sich von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt.Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Wir waren im September 2025 da und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und freundlich und die Kommunikation während unseres Aufenthaltes klappte problemlos per WhatsApp.Die Außenanlage, der Pool war Spitze. Innenausstattung sehr geschmackvoll.Wir haben dort eine tolle Zeit gehabt.

Das war ein super schöner Urlaub!Die Unterkunft super, Familie Burolo waren sehr freundlich und wenn fragen waren immer da. Ist sehr zum empfehlen. Fantastische reis

Wij hebben hier een leuke vakantie beleefd. Dit huisje is klein maar echt zeer praktisch ingericht. Wij waren hier met 4 , 2 volwassenen met 2 kinderen van 9 en 14 jaar . Airco werkt goed . Alles is aanwezig in het huisje , een proper zwembad, stevige matrassen , vriendelijke eigenaars . Kortom, prijs kwaliteit voor Kroatië echt een topper!

Traumhaftes Plätzchen zum Ausspannen

Ruhige, ländliche Lage, man ist mit schnell mit dem Auto am Wasser oder zum Einkaufen. Fahrrad-Touren sind möglich. Ein tolles Restaurant ist in der Nähe! Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und aufmerksam, sprechen deutsch. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Urlaub Juni 2024

Das Haus war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Sehr kleine Wohneinheit. Daher für 4 erwachsende Personen nicht zu empfehlen, mit Kindern möglich. Der Aussenbereich war sehr gepflegt. Die Betreuung war sehr angenehm und herzlichst. Da direkt an der Straße gelegen, muss man die Geräusche akzeptieren. Auch die umliegenden Höfe mit Hühnern etc. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Entfernung zum Meer waren zumutbar.

Nicht so wie auf den Bilder

Leider ist die Unterkunft nicht wie auf den Bildern. Der Garten komplett ungepflegt, kein Rasen mehr sehr hohe Bäume und Hecken. Pool leider sehr dreckig. Die Wohnung war auch nicht sauber, Boden voller Dreck bei Ankunft und im Bad waren die Wände von der Feuchtigkeit vergilbt und neben der Toilette auch noch dreckig. Leider konnten uns die Vermieter mit nichts entgegenkommen. Sehr schade

Klein aber fein

Für Ruhesuchende genau richtig: baden im Pool, lesen auf der schattigen Terrasse, die Küstenstädte und die urigen Orte im Hinterland sind schnell erreichbar. Gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber, sehr gute Ausstattung, zu zweit sehr empfehlenswert, für 4 Personen erscheint es uns zu klein- Schlafzimmer und Bad sind sehr eng.

Wundervoll

Wundervolles kleines Häuschen, rein kommen - wohlfühlen. Auto erforderlich, man kommt von dort aus gut nach umag und poreč. Spar Markt 5 min. Autofahrt. Man könnte auch den ganzen Tag am Pool liegen, so schön ist es. Die Vermieter sind super nett. Wir würden es sofort wieder buchen. Und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir wurden im Ferienobjekt sehr freundlich empfangen, Haus sauber, alles vorhanden... außer das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer nicht unbedingt für ältere Menschen geeignet, da der hinten schlafende über den vorderen krabbeln muss - eindeutig zu eng.

Ferienhaus Ofelia

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Ferienhaus Ofelia mit 3 Personen. Alles war genau wie beschrieben, nur leider ist das W-Lan sehr schwach. S. und ihr Mann haben uns in Empfang genommen und alles erklärt. Bei Fragen ist sie immer per Mail oder am Telefon zu erreichen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, nur ein Hahn kräht ab und zu. Bis nach Novigrad fährt man 15 Minuten. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter!!!
