Alles war genau wie beschrieben, nur leider ist das W-Lan sehr schwach. S. und ihr Mann haben uns in Empfang genommen und alles erklärt. Bei Fragen ist sie immer per Mail oder am Telefon zu erreichen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, nur ein Hahn kräht ab und zu. Bis nach Novigrad fährt man 15 Minuten. Die Eigentümerin war zur Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort und wir mussten nicht noch irgendwo den Schlüssel abholen. Sie hat uns kurz das Haus gezeigt und auf einer Karte gezeigt wo wir sind und wo man zum einkaufen usw. hin fahren kann. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, man kann super abschalten. Es ist aber auch ein toller Ausgangspunkt um sich Orte in der Umgebung anzusehen, an das Meer zu fahren oder mit dem Schiff nach Venedig. Das Haus ist neu und liebevoll gepflegt. Der Pool ausreichend für eine kurze Erfrischung. Umag ist schnell erreichbar und ein netter Urlaubsort.
