Private: property 800 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 5 km, railway station 35 km, pebble beach 4 km, rocky beach 4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 23 km, walking paths from the house 400 m, cycle lane 450 m. Nearby attractions: Aquapark 6 km, Mramornica Cave 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
