Hotel 3232 is a great place to stay while visiting NYC. Rooms were clean and comfortable. All staff went above and beyond to assist. Very central location with easy and close access to the subway.

Great customer service. Hotel in lovely theatre district. Staff were so friendly and they upgraded our room at no extra charge. So nice! Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time and will definitely visit here again. Shout out to Jeff on security! Very helpfu. Thanks again from Canada!!!!!

The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and a great variety. Only bad comment the bathroom on main level looked dirty. That was my first impression on arrival. Thankfully the stay was nice. The 3rd floor ice maker wasnt working either. Overall good stay.
