Some of the sleepers aren’t in the best conditions, but aside from that, I highly recommend staying here!"

"The house was in tip top form and delightfully appointed, very cozy. And within easy walking distance of Nevada City. Updated kitchen, outdoor deck. We had a wonderful time walking into town everyday where the people are friendly and the food is good. The only issue was getting the projection TV to work. It’s fabulous once you figure it out. What to know? You need to have the source on HTML2 and if the Sonos sound does not work, unplug Sonos and plug back in. Wait at least a minute. Have fun!"

"We only stayed one night and it was very comfortable. It is a tiny home as describe. This is a perfect place to stay if you are visiting Nevada City....very short drive and very quite location. Host was very helpful and right next door."

"Nice home for a get-away to experience Nevada City, only a five-minute walk away from the fun and charming downtown. Quiet neighborhood, great for walks. A spacious fenced-in back yard too! The home is nice, with well-furnished rooms. The master suite is really spacious and the upstairs quarters are nicely situated with a cozy sitting area and TV in addition to the large bed and single bed with the trundle bed.
