Room was unready for guests, specifically the shower curtain and lack of drainage in the bathtub. Our selected room was not ready at 8p upon arrival and we were told it would take another 2-3 hours before it would be ready so we were a little disappointed. Otherwise, bed was comfortable and check in/out process was easy enough.

We love this hotel and stay at in when we are in Milwaukee. There are lots of things to walk to (including the area Jeffrey Dahmer roamed). This hotel is right up our alley as it is a boutique hotel. It has a bar downstairs and a fun sitting area. The rooms are bigger than my first apartment, with that being said it did take quite a long time to cool it down to the artic temp I like.
