  • Welcome to this enchanting rustic retreat located in a tributary of the Aven River, nestled between the towns of Beverley and Pingelly. Home to indigenous trees, wildlife, and natural flora and fauna, making it an ideal farm stay WA getaway where you can disconnect from the hustle and bustle of city life.



    P.S. Campers are welcome to explore along the river and throughout the treed areas.



    The Space:

    It is located in Brookton, a tranquil neighborhood in the Wheatbelt region, about an hour's drive from Perth. A family-run regenerative farm nestled in the woods that promotes a simple, sustainable lifestyle in nature, near Mout Brown Lookout, Boyagin Nature Reserve, and York Motor Museum.



    A comfortable accommodation situated next to a picturesque stream, enveloped by a verdant canopy of trees, and all the modern amenities of home. Complete with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom includes an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower for hot showers.



    If you plan to spend your farm stay WA getaways here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities, such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you.



    IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there may be agricultural noise as we are a working farm that tends to farm animals. For a well-rested stay, we recommend that guests bring earplugs with them.



    Guest Access:

    Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings, except for the farm sheds and machinery which guests have restricted access. Please read our house and farm policies below for more details.

    Guests will enjoy your own private space but we are always happy to chat with you.



    The Neighborhood:

    It sits in the tranquil neighborhood of Brookton, in Western Australia's Wheatbelt region. We are an hour's drive from Perth near Mout Brown Lookout, Boyagin Nature Reserve, York Motor Museum, and other attractions.



    Getting Around:

    By car: All are reachable with 2WD.



    By public transport: We recommend guests travel by private vehicle as there are no public transports available directly from our property.



    Other Things to Note:

    - Gas Bbq grill available

    - Free portable water

    - Farm tour available costs at $15 per person

    - Firewood available at extra costs $20 per bag

    - Recycling/compost bins for rubbish provided

    - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

    - No smoking allowed inside/outside the tiny house

    - Telstra & Optus have good signals; all other signals are weak.

    - NO PETS ALLOWED; failure to comply with this policy may result in a fee (or charge)

    - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge



    Farm guidelines



    - Always remember to shut the gates before entering and leaving the paddocks

    - Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission

    - We also ask guests not to feed farm animals as they are on specific diets for their health



    Important note:



    - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property

    - Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban

    - In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our cassette toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
