"Host never responded to inquires. The trip was finally cancelled the day I was supposed to check in. VRBO did refund the trip, but did nothing to help find a new place to stay. I went with another company who bent over backwards to make sure I had a place to stay. I don’t recommend this host nor do I recommend VRBO it was a bad experience overall and ended up costing me double what I was going to pay."

"Clean space. Host is friendly and helpful. Nice neighborhood. "

"Great house. Smooth check-in and check-out"

"Clean property and stocked kitchen with utensils. The property itself is on the older side and could use some TLC. But for our purposes for a quick layover in Houston, it worked fine."

"i enjoyed my stay and wonderful hosts!"

"Great home and the water views were such a treat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It accommodated our large family well. Would definitely recommend to others."

"Such a quiet getaway for me and my significant other. Cute little house decorations were awesome. Beds were comfortable overall experience I give it a five star"

"Very nice home, great location, and great for my dog. Will stay again when visiting family."

"The location was lovely, Close to everything and quiet. The rooms were perfectly clean and instructions were very clear. Any questions I had were answered quickly and Everything was just perfect during my stay, Utilities were also an extra plus!"

"The property was clean and well stocked with the things you would need. The bed was comfortable. There were a couple issues for the month that I stayed including and issue with the water pressure and a clogged toilet, but they were addressed either that day or within 24 hours. Communication was excellent and very fast, including at 1 in the morning! The only thing that wasn't ideal was that the washer and dryer were in the garage, but that wasn't such a huge deal."

"Our family had a great stay and very close to the location for the horse show we were apart of! Would stay here again next year!!!"

"Great location, quiet neighborhood, great service"

"Location well suited for extended stay. Very relaxing area and close to many stores and restaurants. "

"Really lovely week-long stay at this home in Katy. Very clean, and the check-in process was smooth. The beds were comfortable beds and there was plenty of closet space and hangars. There is a very private, peaceful backyard where we often enjoyed our lunch. It was a real bonus to have a large, late-model washer-dryer for laundry. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend this home. "
