"Fire alarm went off 2 nights in a row 4am evacuated the hotel no staff came out to help or informed anyone what was going on . No communication. My child is traumatized. Did not go back to sleep . No WiFi. And tv for hours . No apologies or compensation. Extremely hot in the hotel . AC was not working ..."
