Please inquire directly. No day guests, photographers or other vendors without prior permission. EV Chargers available at The Cove. Please inquire before using, as we have a fee. This modern open beam home is the perfect location to experience your next flawless ocean-side vacation by watching the Pacific Ocean waves pass by while you are perched on the decks above. This house was one of our original guest cottages, built in the 1930s, and has been remodeled over the years, most recently in 2009\. Take in the views stretching 30 miles south down the coastline. The beach is just a short walk down a grassy trail. West Cove has 2 bedrooms/2 baths with the master on the main level with a newly remodeled walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The rustic fireplace has been upgraded with a gas fireplace insert, creating a warm ambiance after a day of exploring tide pools and hiking nearby trails. The downstairs bedroom has its own private deck with a rollaway for extras in your group. The bottom floor bathroom has a soaking tub with a shower handle and a picture window showcasing the views of the beach below. As with all our homes, West Cove has a very private hot tub hidden in the trees with a phenomenal ocean view. A total of five homes are located in this part of the estate. The West Cove home is nestled next to our Nautilus home and is perfect when booking multiple homes at this location, providing extra space. Base Occupancy is 4 guests, and the house can accommodate up to 5 guests. Just so you know, we have a guest fee of $10 + tax per night per guest over the base occupancy. We are pet-friendly, so furry members are welcome for a non-refundable "per dog" fee. Wildlife Notice: This remote area is home to elk, deer, turkeys, bats, rodents, bears, and other wildlife. They usually avoid people, but please use caution and keep doors and windows closed—especially at night. Set along the dramatic Southern Oregon coastline, Crook Point is an award-winning private estate venue, recognized by Brides, Oregon Wedding Day, and other leading publications for its breathtaking scenery and unforgettable celebrations. Spanning 3,000+ acres of historic family-owned land, the property features 7 distinct event venues and 8 ocean-view vacation homes, making it ideal for weddings, retreats, meetings, reunions, anniversaries, and extended gatherings. Nestled between the Samuel H. Boardman State Scenic Corridor and a National Wildlife Refuge, the estate offers unmatched privacy, sweeping coastal views, and direct access to some of Oregon’s most pristine natural landscapes. The eight private homes are thoughtfully placed throughout the property. We comfortably accommodate 44 overnight guests, with the ability to host up to 63 guests maximum across all lodging. This on-site lodging creates a seamless experience for wedding parties, families, and group stays. EV chargers are available in The Cove parking area near the homes, providing convenient charging for electric vehicles. The wind and rain were a bit scary at times, but the house was snug and the views were impressive. It was one of the most memorable and incredible stays. The house is immaculate, and the view from both bedrooms is like no other. The private beach on the property is what sold me, and it is a short 5-minute walk from the house. Also, the hot tub is placed perfectly! We’re from California and have done from Monterey to Ft. Bragg and everything in between the past 6-7 years. This year she wanted to venture to the north coast and so we found this listing. It was perfect for our family. So much to do around this area. We enjoyed hacking along the coast, redwoods, our private beach with fire pit, and the town of Brookings was perfect. I was extremely impressed with Fred Meyer lol as we do not have that chain in Cali. Was able to catch a memorial weekend Azalea festival which included a parade and lots of vendors, food, car show, and music! It was a perfect week for sure! It was spacious, nicely up graded. The trail down in needs a little love. But everything else was wonderful. Stayed 4 nights in Nov 2018 ### 8/10 Good #### Michelle A. 15 Aug 2018 #### Gorgeous Views This property is an A plus if you want to see and hear the ocean waves all day and all night. Really beautiful cove. Comfortable seating in living and dining. Beds were comfortable. Easy walk to beach. Excellent deck to gaze and bbq from. The WiFi was troublesome at first but with a reset it worked on the third day. Kayla was available by text whenever we needed an answer. My recommendations for this property would be giving more accurate directions upon arrival. The directions say second right. If you are literal you will take the second right and risk your vehicle on a very steep and with loose gravel road (that turns out NOT to be second right). It should read take your Third right. This may prevent an accident from happening. That steep loose gravel drive should be roped off in red. So scary! Don’t use it! I have an SUV and it almost slid off the edge and rolled. Aside from that stressful incident the house is a definite beach front house worth it if you want to be close to waves. There were fly strips that could have been hidden a little better. They obstructed the gorgeous views out the window. The downstairs bedroom was full of flys each morning. Quite odd for ocean front. Not sure where they were getting in either? So I would suggest a pest spray to eliminate need for smelly fly strips. Again, thoroughly enjoyed the views and the house. Thanks Kayla. ##### Michelle A. That’s how we found crooks point. We can’t say enough of how much we enjoyed our stay. Let’s say, enough that we asked if we could extend our stay and we were granted our request! The house is beautiful, the views spectacular. We loved watching the storms roll in and out by the fire. There is amazing hiking in the area and it was wonderful to wander the beach whenever. The house was clean and there were plenty of amenities for cooking and comfort. The hot tub was such a luxurious treat!! ##### Jenny B.
