Older home near the college campus

This house is within walking distance to the SDSU campus, Art Museum, and it is extremely close the amenities of downtown Brookings.

The home sleeps 6 guests, has cable, roku, wifi, central air, and a fenced in backyard for privacy. There is a small tv on the main floor living room, and a large tv in the basement living room. There is also an additional sink and toilet in the laundry room in the basement.

The parking spaces for vehicles are on the driveway, and there is room for 3 vehicles. Street parking is not available.
On the boulevard at the front of the house is a shuttle stop for a shuttle that goes downtown.

Please note that all of the bedrooms and bathroom are located on the upstairs level, and the rental DOES NOT include the detached garage.
