A gated, serene retreat offering mountain and ocean views, terraced landscaping throughout the acreage with walking trails and abundant wildlife awaits. Private beach access at the Cove beach, shared by six vacation homes and an EV Charging unit installed for a fee.

This two-story, 4,200 square foot luxury home features four large bedrooms, including original en-suite bath in the main bedroom and two additional original bathrooms on the top floor. The grand great level is beautifully appointed as the perfect entertaining space with Pacific Northwest 30-foot vaulted ceilings with open beams, a newly upgraded gas fireplace and an adjoining family room with wet bar. The original kitchen has been upgraded with Viking appliances. A stunning mezzanine with custom glass railing overlooks the great level . Enjoy the warm comfort of an outdoor gas fire pit or take a soak in the large hot tub on the secluded north side of the home. A large patio spans across the entire front of the home creating a wonderful extension of the indoor space and the large lawn with steps traverses the hillside leading you down to a perfect private gathering location for weddings, family events or to just get away from the hustle and bustle of life.
