Really bad service

I couldn't get my money back when I booked online and the room wasn't available. The staff told me it was my fault. If they have a room to book how can it be my fault. Really bad service.

Toaletten inte städad tillräckligt bra tycker jag. Golvvärmen toa inte igång gick inte få igång så kallt. Tv placering va ju katastrof den vill man ju ligga i sängen och titta på alldeles för liten dessutom till det avståndet. Sen gick tv sönder dessutom när jag tittade. Blev bara svart försökte starta om. Orkade bara inte säga till.

Bra för övernattning.

Fina och stora rum. Bra säng och ett bra badrum. En ok frukost och bra tillgänglighet till mat bid restaurangen precis bredvid (Rasta). En väldigt liten tv som också är dåligt placerad och egentligen spelade inget av detta någon roll då kanalutbudet var riktigt dåligt. Detta retade mig då jag gick spendera en lång kväll på rummet.
